The European Youth Parliament (EYP) is a European organisation, having its headquarters in Berlin, and consisting of 41 National Committees. Since its idea was conceived in 1987, EYP aims to promote the European dimension in education. For this purpose, more than 100 activities are organised annually in which more than 25.000 young participants are involved. It is a non-profit organisation independent of political and party interests.
The EYP organises 3 flagship events yearly, named International Sessions and held in Spring, Summer and Autumn respectively. More than 350 young people from all National Committees take part in each International Session.
