Dear members of the EYP community,
The European Youth Parliament Greece is proud to open the Call for Members of the Core Organising Team for the 8th International Forum of the European Youth Parliament Greece, CRIF’25.
The event will take place in the region of Crete from the 18th until the 24th of July 2024. Under the theme "Redefining Possibilities: Radiating light, illuminating our futures" the session is going to gather approximately 220 participants from all over Europe.
The Head Organisers of the Session, Foteini Chatzikyriakou (GR) and Ioanna Alexandra Pappa (GR) are looking for 5 or 6 people to join the Core Organising Team. Before applying, we highly encourage you to read our vision for the Core Organising Team. During the pre-session work, our team will be divided into 5 Main Clusters:

Venues, Transfer and Accommodation [0 ή 1 Core-Organisers | Lead by Foteini Chatzikyriakou and Ioanna Alexandra Pappa]

Fundraising [1 Core-Organisers | Lead by Foteini Chatzikyriakou and Ioanna Alexandra Pappa]

PR and Technical Support [0 Core-Organisers | Lead by Foteini Chatzikyriakou and Ioanna Alexandra Pappa ]
All Officials, including the Members of the Core Organising Team, are expected to pay 40€ for EYP-Greece Officials and 40€ for Non-EYP Greece Officials participation fee, covering participants’ accommodation and food expenses in Crete.
For the position of Member of the Core-Organising Team we will only consider greek speaking individuals. Those who wish to apply as a Member of the Core Organising Team are required to apply through this Google Form by filling out the questions. To finalise your application, log in to your EYP Members’ Profile (members.eyp.org) and make sure that your personal profile details are updated (full name, contact information, etc.) and apply for the “Crete International Forum '25 - 8th International Forum of EYP Greece” on the Event’s Page, by filling the corresponding application.

The application period lasts from Monday 10th of June until Sunday 23th of June 2024 23.59 Greek time.
All applicants will be informed individually about the outcome of their application via e-mail after the selection period is over.
The Head Organising Committee, namely Ms. Foteini Chatzikyriakou (GR) and Ms. Ioanna Alexandra Pappa (GR), and Ms. Elvira Mentzelioti (GR) representing the NC Board, will compose the selection panel for the Members of the Core Organising Team. If applications are insufficient in number for the positions mentioned or deemed inadequate, the process of personal invites will be followed.
