Dear EYP Alumni, Dear Friends,
The European Youth Parliament Greece is proud to open the call for Vice-Presidents, Editorial Assistants, Media Team Members and Chairpersons for #Synergy - 1st Digital Session of the EYP Greece, which is going to be held from the 21st to the 24th of August 2020 (with the Officials' day being held on the 20th).
The Session is Head-Organised by Ms. Elena Petsa and Mr. Raphael Tsiamis, Presided by Mr. Lazaros Hadjiforados (CY) and Edited by Ms. Andra Radu (RO). The event will gather around 64 delegates from all over Europe, along with an international team of 40 Officials.
We are currently looking for 3 Vice-Presidents, 1 Editorial Assistant, 8 Media Team Members and 8 Chairpersons to join us and help us bring this original initiative to fruition. Please note that since 2 of the committees will be bilingual, at least 1 VP and 2 Chairpersons should be Greek-speaking.
All Officials expected to be available from 9 am CEST on Thursday, the 20th of August until after the Closing Ceremony, on the evening of Monday, the 24th of August.
All those who wish to be considered for the aforementioned positions are required to apply as follows;
1. Log in to your EYP Members’ Profile (members.eyp.org). In case of encountering problems, contact support@eyp.org;
2. Make sure that your personal profile details are updated (full name, contact information, etc.);
3. Apply for “#Synergy - 1st Digital Session of the EYP Greece” on the Event’s Page, by filling out the questions for the position of your choice.
Should you experience any difficulties or in the case of any complication, please do not hesitate to communicate with us via digital@eypgreece.org. However, please keep in mind that by contacting us in the e-mail address provided above, you consent to us storing the content of your personal data until the #Synergy - 1st Digital Session of the EYP Greece is over. All such personal data will be deleted after the completion of the Session.
The period for submitting your applications lasts from Thursday, 23th of July until Thursday, 30th of July, 23:59 CEST.
All applicants will be informed individually concerning the outcome of their application, as soon as the selection process is completed.
The Selection Panel will consist of the Head-Organising Committee, namely Ms. Elena Petsa and Mr. Raphael Tsiamis, Mr. Nikos-Pavlos Kotzias, the Member of the Executive Board of EYP Greece, responsible for #Synergy - 1st Digital Session of the EYP Greece and the President of the Session, Mr. Lazaros Hadjiforados for Vice-Presidents and Chairpersons, or the Editor of the Session, Ms. Andra Radu for Editorial Assistants and Media Team Members.
