Dear EYP Alumni, Dear Friends,
The European Youth Parliament Greece is proud to open the call for President, Editor and Organisers for #Synergy - 1st Digital Session of the EYP Greece, which is going to be held from the 21st to the 24th of August 2020 (with the Officials' day being held on the 20th).
The Session is Head-Organised by Ms. Elena Petsa and Mr. Raphael Tsiamis. The event will gather around 64 delegates from all over Europe, along with an international team of 40 Officials.
We are currently looking for a President, an Editor and 8 Organisers (Greek and International) to join us and help us bring this original initiative to fruition. Applications are open for both Greek and International Officials, for all the aforementioned positions.
All Officials expected to be available from 9 ΑΜ CEST on Thursday, the 20th of August until after the Closing Ceremony, on the evening of Monday, the 24th of August.
Aspiring organisers are also invited to read up on our Vision for the Organising Team, in hopes of helping you better understand our expectations and how #Synergy is going to be a fruitful experience for you.
All those who wish to be considered for the aforementioned positions are required to apply as follows;
1. Log in to your EYP Members’ Profile. In case of encountering problems, contact support@eyp.org;
2. Make sure that your personal profile details are updated (full name, contact information, etc.);
3. Apply for “#Synergy - 1st Digital Session of the EYP Greece” on the Event’s Page, by filling out the questions for the position of your choice.
Should you experience any difficulties or in the case of any complication, please do not hesitate to communicate with us via digital@eypgreece.org. However, please keep in mind that by contacting us in the e-mail address provided above, you consent to us storing the content of your personal data until the #Synergy - 1st Digital Session of the EYP Greece is over. All such personal data will be deleted after the completion of the Session.
The period for submitting your applications lasts from Monday 13th of July until Friday the 17th of July, 23:59 CEST for President and Editor, or until Sunday the 19th of July, 23:59 CEST for Organisers.
All applicants will be informed individually concerning the outcome of their application, as soon as the selection process is completed.
The Head-Organising Committee, namely Ms. Elena Petsa and Mr. Raphael Tsiamis along with the President of the Executive Board of the EYP Greece, Mr. Vasilis Tsenes, and Mr. Nikos-Pavlos Kotzias, the Member of the Executive Board of EYP Greece, responsible for #Synergy - 1st Digital Session of the EYP Greece, will constitute the Selection Panel for the President and Editor.
The Selection Panel for Organisers will consist of the Head-Organising Committee, namely Ms. Elena Petsa and Mr. Raphael Tsiamis, as well as Mr. Nikos Pavlos Kotzias, the Member of the Executive Board of EYP Greece, responsible for #Synergy - 1st Digital Session of the EYP Greece.
